1. Who processes your data

2. About the service

FaceKode Pro is a product based on Tatiana Steinberg’s proprietary FaceCode Method. The service produces an informational analysis of communication and interaction between two people using uploaded photos.

The result is a tool for observing and understanding relationships, not a diagnosis, identification, health assessment or compatibility prediction.

3. Data we use

• two photos selected by the user for analysis;
• name and email, if entered in the form;
• the selected scenario and information required to prepare the result;
• payment-session identifier and payment status — FaceKode Pro does not receive bank-card details;
• limited technical request data and security logs maintained by the services involved.

4. How photos are processed

Photos are sent to the FaceKode Pro server and to services required for AI processing. They are not used to identify or verify a person and are not used for advertising.

FaceKode Pro does not create a permanent database of uploaded photos. The generated result may be held temporarily in a technical cache to complete its display or delivery.

An image of a face is personal data. Because the service technically analyses facial features, the user is asked for explicit consent before upload.

5. Another person’s photo

By uploading a partner’s or another person’s photo, the user confirms that they have obtained that person’s consent or otherwise have the right to use the photo for this purpose.

The result must not be used for surveillance, pressure, humiliation, discrimination or decisions that significantly affect another person.

6. Purposes and legal bases

• preparing the requested analysis — the user’s consent and performance of the requested service;
• processing payment and delivering the result — performance of the service;
• maintaining security and resolving errors — the operator’s legitimate interest;
• meeting mandatory legal requirements — legal obligation;
• informational and promotional email — only with separate voluntary consent.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the operator. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was received.

7. Services involved in processing

The website and its server side are hosted by Hostinger on a European server. The product may also use:

• OpenRouter and Anthropic — AI processing and preparation of the result;
• Stripe — payment processing and confirmation;
• Resend — delivery of the result by email;
• Formspree — processing data from specific forms.

Some external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards required by the GDPR should apply.

8. Retention

Data is kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the request, deliver the result, secure the service and meet legal requirements. Uploaded photos are not placed in permanent storage by FaceKode Pro. Retention periods for technical logs also depend on the infrastructure providers’ settings.

9. Automated processing

The analysis is generated automatically with AI. It may contain inaccuracies and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. The result should be treated as material for observation and conversation, not as an objective conclusion about a person.

10. Email

Service emails are used to deliver the requested result and messages directly connected with the order. Product materials are sent only with separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website may use cookies, pixels, local browser storage and similar technologies. They may support essential functions and security, retain user settings, analyse visits and page performance, and measure or configure advertising campaigns.

Strictly necessary technologies are used to operate the website. Analytics and advertising tools are activated only after the user’s consent. Before consent, the relevant code must not transmit data to its providers.

Users may accept all optional technologies, reject them or select individual categories. Refusal does not restrict access to the website’s essential functions. Choices may be changed or withdrawn at any time through cookie settings.

When specific analytics or advertising services are connected, cookie settings will identify their providers, processing purposes and retention periods.

12. Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their data, object to processing and withdraw consent.

13. Data security

Organisational and technical measures are used to protect data, including restricted access to server keys and transmission over secure connections. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The date of the current version is shown on this page.
